Got a king room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. the balcony and 2 sofas were as expected. - the refrigerator and glassware worked well. - Located in an extremely clean building in a perfect location, in a 1970's style pub.

The rooms here are spacious, clean, and come equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a television.

Het gratis draadloos internet was niet beschikbaar in de openbare ruimtes, zoals nochtans beloofd was. De 2 zeteltjes op de kamer misten allebei een poot waardoor je er niet deftig kon in plaats nemen. En het ontbijt vóór of zelfs om 7 uur 's morgens was heel pover : geen kaas, geen eieren of eierbereidingen. Personeel aan de incheckbalie was niet bepaald vriendelijk.

I liked staying in this unusualbudget hotel. Extremely friendly and so very friendly personnel on the reception desk and kept the venue fairly clean. Stayed in new-fashioned king room with a great view. It was in a favourable and unbeatable location walking distance to bars and pubs. Had nice dainties at La baguette doree, located minutes from the hotel.

the hotel's central location was very convenient, just steps away from Actors Night Club. There were bars and pubs within walking distance of the hotel. 3. the breakfast included a variety of options such as breads, boiled eggs, and pancakes, all of which were delicious and savory.

The rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was great. The animation and dining room staff were always friendly. The hotel grounds were big with beautiful gardens. Left my children behind this time as we were on our honeymoon, but is a great family friendly hotel (except for exposing them to all the cigarette smoke).

The food left a lot to be desired, the reception staff were super unfriendly, the hotel was full of cigarette smoke no matter where you went or what time of day, and the animation club played the music so loud at the pool all day that taking an afternoon nap was always totally out of the question.

Magnificent location right on the seafront. Close to the beach, new city center, and various dining and shopping options. - Enjoy fresh bread, hardboiled eggs, and pancakes for breakfast.

Everything was very good, had a perfectly pleasant stay with tui holidays. A refrigerator and glassware were a nice touch. The hotel was really close to the beach, shops, and Agadir thanks to its marvellous and cosy location.

1. The awful loud music they play at the swimming pool. You cant sleep in, and you're forced to listen to somebody's choice of music. Please stop playing this music. People have iPhones and iPods. Some people want peace and quiet. I actually had to use ear plugs to get some rest. 2. The light bulbs in several room lamps and bathroom were burnt out. I told the desk staff repeatedly over several days about this. Nothing was fixed. How many Kenzi Europa staff are needed to change a light bulb? 3. Housekeeping comes to clean room only upon request. I found this out after two days went by without room being cleaned.

This place is pretty clean and charming with the best and helpful staff at the front desk, a great location near the marina and right next to the Petit Train d'agadir.

It is an old hotel that needs renovation in the rooms. The buffet food morning or evening is of low quality. I wouldnt suggest it to anyone

We booked a great-sized and well-kept room, suitable even for kids over 2 years old. the hotel is in a particularly good location, only a 4-6 minute walk from Train Touristique. - It is situated in a beach area very close to Agadir, the beach, main restaurants, and the front Promenade, where the large wheel is located.
